Hello. My name is Claud and I'm a compulsive overeater. I've been following the twelve-step recovery program of Overeaters Anonymous (OA) since May of 2001.

This is not an official OA site. Overeaters Anonymous has strict guidelines about including links to non-OA sites. I've created this unofficial site rather than follow their suggestions. Here you'll find links to both OA and non-OA sites.

I attend several different weekly meetings of Overeaters Anonymous in San Antonio, Texas. However, the views expressed here are my own and do not necessarily represent the views of these groups or of OA as a whole.
